Looking ahead at a new year, marketing specialists are brainstorming the best ways to get in front of their target audience and draw in new customers. One of the best ways to do so is pursue industry awards for your products. These awards programs have significant benefits, including:
- Building credibility for your brand – Awards programs offer third-party validation for your products, with winners often selected by a respected panel of judges.
- Garnering earned media coverage – Many awards are administered by publications and media entities with expansive audience platforms, and these outlets feature award winners in their print, digital or online platforms, as well as across all their social media channels.
- Improving brand recognition – Winning an industry award puts your brand directly in front of prospective customers who are already within the orbit of the awards program.
